The coated wire of PVC is electric galvanized wire. The outer layer is plastic coating. The PVC coating and the inside wire are firmly combined together that offering strengthened protective layer and longer service life. It is one of the most popular products that we manufactured, as it is relatively low in cost, resilient, fire retardant and possesses good insulating properties.

Materials:

Low carbon steel wire, iron wire, stainless steel wire, aluminum wire, annealed wire and galvanized wire coated with PVC layer.

Features:

PVC coated iron wire offers strong adhesions, good luster, smooth coating and high flexibility.
Compared with common galvanized iron wire, PVC coated wire offers excellent corrosion resistance, anti-aging property and longer service life.

Colors:

Different colors of plastic coating are available.

Dark green, black, white, blue, green, yellow. Or other colors according to customers demand.

Applications:

The most popular use for PVC coated wire is in the construction of chain link fences for industrial security fences, freeways and tennis courts. It is also used in other applications such as coat hangers and handles.
Meantime it is widely used in animal breeding, forestry protection, aquaculture, park or zoo fence and stadium.

Packing:

Lined with PVC strips and wrapped with PVC or hessian cloth.

Small coils of 50m, 100m, 150m and 200m. Can be produce according to customers demand.
