Introduction:

P and N synergistic flame retardant is white powder with high temperature resistance and non-migration. It is mainly applied to PBT, PET and nylon 6 (glass fiber reinforced and unreinforced) series engineering plastics and TPE (TPEE, TPU and PEBA).

Application:

a. 8005 especially can be applied to nature white halogen-free flame retardant of high glass fiber content reinforced PBT, PET and nylon series (PA 6 etc).

b. 8005 has better adaption to processing technology and equipment, and flame retardant performance is efficient and very stable.

c. Addition percent of 8005 is lower. Generally separately adding 14~18 parts can reach V-0/1.6mm.

d. 8005 also can be small amount compounded with efficient halogen-free flame retardant (synergist) agent, to further improve comprehensive mechanical and electric properties, and satisfy some increasingly demanding terminal application requirements of plastic modification industry.

e. 8005 of electric leakage resistance tracking index can reach up to 600V. With far less added quantities than other flame retardants except red phosphorus, the mixed materials’ flame retardant property can reach UL94-V0 grade and heat resistance wire combustibility index reach 960℃.

f. 8005 can also be applied to unsaturated polyester and epoxy compound gel coating.
