Description

Darbond 1201 fine particle wear resistant coating is two component epoxy composite material. It is composed of wear resistant ceramic microspheres and super-hard silicon steel alloy etc. Materials. This product has the following advantages:
Good operating properties, applicable to vertical surfaces, coating thickness can reach to 6mm and above.
Fast curing, shorten down time.
Cured coating has strong adhesion and excellent properties of wear and impact resistance.
It is easy to mix and dispense, uncured coating can be Trowelled by dipping with water. Remained adhesiveson Hand and other places can be washed away directly with Water, without using any detergent or organic solvent.
Water-based epoxy ingredient makes the product safeand environmentally friendly.

Typical Applications
Used for large area repairing and pre-protecting equipments Suffered by normal loading abrasion wear and erosion wear, Such as mortar pump, water pump, induced draft fan impeller And shell, pipeline, elbow, downspouting, slurry pump, Hydrocyclone, centrifuge impeller and shell etc. Suitable for Washing and separating system of coal washing and mineral Processing; Material collecting and conveying system in Power plant, cement plant and port etc.

Directions for Use
Cleaning and Preparation: Make the repairing surface Coarse by grinding. Remove oil and grease from the substrate.
It is recommended to use Darbond high efficiency cleaner 2755 for best effect.
Mixing: Mix A and B component thoroughly according to the Ratio until uniform color achieved.
Dispensing: Dispense the mixture to the substrate surface by Spatula, make it compact and remove gaps, air bubbles, Moulding and smooth.
Curing: Cure according to min. Curing time at room Temperature before operation. Note: The higher temperature and the more mixture, the Shorter pot life; Vice versa. In case temperature is below 10, it is recommended to preheat repairing surface; In case Of high temperature, reduce mixture quantity to lengthen pot Life.

Cautions
It is recommended to use the product at well ventilated place.
In case of contact with skin, wipe away, then rinsewith clean Water; In case of contact with eyes, rinse with clean water Immediately, and call a physical attention.
